What's this world coming to!?

Sarah was busy tonight, so instead of heading out to hot yoga at Moksha for the 75 min Karma class, I just did the scheduled TurboFire workout which was Fire55EZ.



The EZ is so entirely misleading.

Still an intense and hard workout.  I look forward to being able to do all reps of every combo.  This (first) time through it was nearly impossible for me to do a whole combo for all the reps.  Around the third-second last, I'd miss every other move or just stop for a drink.

Even though it wasn't on the schedule (and never is for the 55 min class, stupid) I did the 10 minute stretch too.  I've realized why my sides have been sore after every workout though.  There is little-no side stretching.  Which seems crazy to me, because it's a dance/aerobic/kickboxing hybrid.  Which means lots of twisting and cross punches, and jab-punch-cross-hook-uppercut type things.  So your sides definitely get a workout.  So I definitely modified and kept stretching for another 5-10 min after the video was done.

So that's my day.  Tomorrow is a quick Fire30, Stretch10 and then a Ukrainian Christmas Extravaganza with Sarah, Seth, Devin and Bea. Wowee

You are cool and I like you. I have been super sore lately and I am thinking that I need to add a stretching time to my daily routine! Even though I haven't really been working out at all! Haha! :P

I guess that I did use my sweet ab wheel and I am out of shape... perhaps that is why.

Anyway, keep up the good work with the working out! You can do it friend!!
