Not the best week...

I've kinda been slackin'.
Missed about half my workouts in the last week. Days when I put off working out till Devin gets home, we usually end up snuggling after dinner, and don't get around to working out. Tsk tsk.



Days when I work out in the morning, I feel great and think to myself "Why don't I do this more often?"
I really enjoy it and need to find the drive to do it in the evenings if I don't first thing in the morning.
Bah.
I did my 1 month measurements, lost an inch in my hips, waist and half an inch in my bust.  Not lots, but small is better than none.  Scale hasn't gone anywhere, but it's no big.  Inches are more important than pounds anyways.
Focus for month two is cracking down on eating better.  Followed closely by cracking down on my workouts.
I feel good, however, that I've seen a little bit of inch loss in the first month.  Makes me excited to continue and see it through.
I'm also excited to try P90x afterwards, I like the idea of being able to do pushups.  Considering I can currently do about 1.5 with good form.
