Day 4

of the New Year.  I've been very very slack on the eating right, it's hard when your day is incredibly un-structured, and you're trying to catch up with all the friends that are home from out of province, and 'catching up' usually means going for coffee or lunch.  And 'coffee' usually means Starbucks, where a 'coffee' tends to mean 250 calorie, 16oz drinks.

However, I have been sticking to my workout schedule, for the most part.  Even though it's only been 4 days and 2 workouts.  The workout schedule that comes with TurboFire starts on a Monday.  So on Monday, Jan. 2, 2012, I started, with the Fire30 class.  On the schedule for Tues. was HIIT15, however I left the house at 10am and didn't get home till almost 10:30pm, so I elected not to work out. Instead, I did my HIIT15 first thing when I work up this morning.  Wednesdays are designated 'Break' days, so I just decided it'd get switched with Tuesday this week.
TurboFire is ridiculous.  So high energy, takes a lot out of you, in a good way.  But, it's also pretty fun, I'm thinking it might be an easy one to stick with.  Here goes nothin'.
We'll see how easy it is to stick to when I'm back at work, but I have high hopes.
Happy New Year everyone!

I'm so psyched that you're updating! I love reading your blog...I've been having trouble sticking to a strict diet because of my schedule too, but I have been working out! Hoping for it to go even better next week!

Yeah, it's so hard sticking with eating right when there's so much delicious Christmas baking around. I'm excited to have someone else to help motivate!
