This guy is absolutely amazing! The song is called 'Drifting' and his name is Andy Mckee. Excuse me, my mind has just been blown.
EDIT: I just looked up his album on iTunes and listened to clips. So pretty! It's beautiful to listen to. 30 seconds of 'When She Cries' almost made me cry. I know what my next purchase is going to be.
