Ouch is all I really have to say. I have kept myself constantly slathered in aloe vera gel. I have a spray bottle of cold water that I attack my back with when I have no one around to coat me in aloe. I look like I'm wearing a white tank top, even though I'm topless. It's bad.
In this one, you can see how red it is. And the line. But in this second one, you really get a sense of how bad it is compared to the rest of me. It was taken in my room, with only natural light, so it's really blue, but you'll get the idea.
