Festival!

Kay, so first things first, sorry from the complete lack of postage for the last forever. But the last week has been a little crazy. On Sat (Feb 12) Jan and I went to see Finding Neverland for her birthday. It was incredible!! (Johnny Depp wasn't too hard on the eyes either) Then Monday and Tuesday were generally quite boring. On Wednesday, most of our French class (Janna, Sarah, Henk, Nana and Karolin (sp?) and myself) went to Festival. It was just as much fun as it was 2 years ago, except it was disgustingly cold, and I fell off the sled thing, and hurt myself, and Cass wasn't there. Then, we went to our hotel. It was nice, except for the fact that there were 6 girls in one suite, and Henk and Mr. B in the other. Cause the school wouldn't let the girls and boys stay in the same room. So Henk and Mr. B got a double bed each, and we were stuck two to a bed, with one on the couch and Mrs. G on the floor. Grrrrrr... anywho, so we ordered pizza, and watched Finding Neverland again, and I didn't cry, because I was too tired to feel emotional. Then Jan, Nana, Karolin (sp?) and I went to our room, and jumped on the beds, and generally acted like we were 5, and then we went to get into bed, and I noticed that tucked behind the picture that was hanging over our bed, there was a folded up band-aid. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWW!! Pretty nasty.
I had to tint the pic a little, cause it was overexposed, so Jan's skin isn't really that blue. See the nasty little band-aid? She's pointing right at it. *SHUDDER*
But yeah, so we went to breakfast the next morning, and then we went and saw Space Station at the IMAX. Then we came home. That was fun. Then, bright and early Friday morning, Janna and I left with my Amma for Winnipeg once again. We got there and went to the mall, and tried on Grad dresses (I got mine! More about that later...) Then we went to festival again. I got a Voyageur scarf thing!! And Jan and I came to the conclusion that this years Paddle Guy is far inferior to the Paddle Guy from Grade 10. Then, we went to Auntie Paule's. No, she is not a guy, her name is Pauline. Honestly, what's wrong with you people. On Sat, My aunt Robyn and her friend Jamie took us dress shopping again. I got my dress! It's pretty and blue and strapless, which is pretty much the opposite of what I thought I was gonna get. Then, we went to see Hitch. Great movie! It most definitely exceeded my expectations. Then we came home, and on Monday, I had to take a math test after missing 3 consecutive days. That sucked. So now I'm here, and I've given you this extraordinarily long post to placate any of you that were getting mad about my posting deficiency. Laters.
