Hedley

Kay, so I was sitting here, and I was listening to a bunch of songs by Hedley, which is the band that Jacob Hoggard is in, and some of the lyrics really struck chords with me. Besides the fact that the songs are AWESOME, they've got really cool lyrics. Like Sugar Free---> if i never knew you i'd never love you if loving meant living i wouldn't die. It just struck me as really...I dunno. It just hit me, kinda like a bus. Or in Brave New World
all that's left in this brave new world
is ticking clocks and dancing girls
and broken hearts to find another way
to shut it all out
take some time in life to see
feel the warm security
electric hearts will play
a song you've heard a thousand times

I love the title of this song --'A' Song-- almost as much as I love the chorus.

more than a fighting chance i've got
seems like i'm losing out a lot
maybe the son still knows my name
i'll walk on my own two feet again

I dunno, I've just totally fallen in love with this band. So many of their songs are just huge messes of awesomeness. I'm such a huge fan.
