So, I simply must blog about this, cause I am totally in love with my Sinus Rinse. I'm sick, sore throat, getting towards a stuffy nose, and I decided to attempt to nip this one in the bud! So I trundled into the bathroom armed with my Sinus Rinse, and I have now resolved to do this more often. Cause it feels sooo good! Slash incredibly weird, because we usually avoid getting water up our noses!
But I'm gonna do this along with tea and rest and hopefully after a day or 2 I'll be not lying in bed till 2pm wishing that I could shower and eat and stay in bed at the same time.

Do it! The first time is really weird and alien, but you won't regret it!
