Oh well, what you waiting for?
It's all right
'Cause there's beauty in the breakdown
So, let go, l-let go
Just get in
Oh, it's so amazing here
It's all right
'Cause there's beauty in the breakdown
Okay, so Let Go by Frou Frou is one of the most amazingly beautifuly wonderful songs that I have heard in a long time. If anyone is wondering, it plays during the trailer for Garden State, starring Natalie Portman and Zach Braff (AMAZING movie!!) and during the last scene and end credits of the afore mentioned movie. It's a little bit of plinky piano music, and it's got a kind of electronic synth overtone, but it's really pretty all the same. If you wanna a little 30 second listen, click here. Then, scroll down and you'll get to the Listen to Samples section. It's the first one. You need Realplayer, or Windows Media Player. The third option doesn't work at all on my computer, so I don't know anything about it, and I would say just use one of the others if you can.
I don't know... Maybe this song is an aquired taste, and you may not think much of it, but I, like, beyond love it. Also, if you click on that link, you can get 30 second snippets of the rest of the album, which I really want. I don't think I've ever wanted an album this badly before after only hearing one song, and little bits of the rest. Well, there was Kalan Porter (219 Days), but I heard him every week on Canadian Idol, so I don't think that counts. Seriously, I heard it on the trailer, and went and found it online, and decided I wanted the album. What's wrong with me?

It reminds me of Sarah McLaugclan (however you spell it), with the weird haunting voice and music and words that make no sense to me. Pretty, I just don't get it.
